In fact, March added to the automaker's success by extending its year-over-year sales gain record to 22 consecutive months. With a 15 percent increase in Dodge sales this month when compared to March of 2012, it is clear that the automaker is continuing to please its customers with the new Dodge lineup.
Looking more closely at the successful sales recently recorded, three particular Dodge models achieved their best month of March sales to date. The first is the new Dodge Dart compact car, which has seen a steady increase in sales since it was released last June, and recently experienced a 5 percent month-over-month sales boost.
Next up is the Avenger mid-size sedan that proved its popularity with a 33 percent increase in sales. This was followed by the strong performance of the Challenger muscle car which broke previous sales records with an impressive 42 percent sales gain.
It seems as though the automaker is simply just getting started too. At the New York International Auto Show Dodge unveiled the newest version of the Durgango full-size SUV which features embellished innovation to become the most technically advanced, stylish, and efficient model that the Dodge lineup has ever seen. We predict it will definitely be a big hit once it is released in the Missoula, MT area.
